Dee is sick. She is resting on the couch.
Nurse Sinn enters in her room and puts on a pair of surgical gloves, taken from her bag. She doesn't visit her patient, but covers her mouth and nose with a chloroform rag. Dee tries to escape from her, but Sinn keeps the rag for long time, waiting for her faint.
Sinn removes surgical gloves from her hands and puts on a pair of black leather gloves. She takes a cell phone and calls her boss. She is not a nurse, but a hitwoman who has to terminate her new target.
Dee wakes up. The fake nurse Sinn keeps her quiet with a tight gloved handgag. Then she pinches her nose with the other gloved hand. A lot of handsmother actions until Dee dies.
